1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Power application (the “App”) operated by Sala Daeng Company Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Power is an AI-powered business collaboration platform that provides:

• AI assistant features (“Powers”) including LLM chat, image generation, video generation, RAG, database queries, and ERP integrations
• Workspace collaboration with spaces, groups, and projects
• File storage and document processing
• Integration with third-party services (Google Drive, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Yonyou, Kingdee)

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Billing and Payments

Pay-As-You-Go Model

The App uses a pay-as-you-go billing model. You purchase credits in advance and each AI operation deducts the corresponding cost from your credit balance. There are no monthly subscriptions or recurring fees.

Free Trial Credits

New accounts may receive complimentary trial credits. Trial credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits and may not be transferred or refunded.

Service Fee

A 50% service fee is applied on top of the underlying AI model costs to cover infrastructure, support, and platform maintenance. This fee is included in the displayed pricing and cost breakdowns.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and PromptPay. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that results in incorrect charges, please contact us and we will review and correct the issue.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or other users’ access
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Circumvent any rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the AI features to generate content that violates the underlying AI providers’ usage policies

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or share through the App (“User Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Content shared within workspaces is visible to other members of those workspaces. You are responsible for managing workspace membership and access controls.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses third-party AI models to generate text, images, videos, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses
• AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• Ownership and usage rights of AI-generated content are subject to the policies of the underlying AI model providers

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Sala Daeng Company Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek — for LLM, image, and video generation
• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Firebase, Google Cloud Storage — for data storage and processing
• Payment Processors: Stripe — for credit purchases

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALA DAENG COMPANY LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Inaccurate or incomplete AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any remaining credits in your account at the time of termination are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy, and processing on the customer’s behalf is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
